Advantech’s new generation UNO-2000 series of embedded automation computers are highly ruggedized, fanless, and modular. New series includes pocket, small, and regular-sized form-factors for different kinds of smart factory applications such as Equipment Connectivity (EC), Process Visualization (PV), Environment Management (EM), and Dispatch Management (DM).  The modular design of UNO- 2271G features optimized I/O in three different configurations. It also supports Advantech’s iDoor technology via a second expansion stack.

For wireless data transmission in non-cabled environments, the UNO-2271G has room for a 3G/GPS/GPRS/Wi-Fi communication module through iDoor technology.

A Cool Performer

The UNO-2271G Intel® Atom E3815/E3825 SOC processor boasts a 5W TDP that helps to keep this unit cool under load in a busy factory environment.   The 10 to 30VDC wide-range DC input accommodates a multitude of bus designs and eliminates the need for a separate power adapter in many applications.  Vibration and shock specifications include operating: IEC 60068-2-64, 2Grms, random, 5 ~ 500Hz, 1hr/axis (mSATA) and operating: IEC 60068-2-27, 50G, half sine, 11ms.

Tailored I/O

UNO-2271G-E23AE  specialized I/O includes 2x GbE, 1x USB 3.0, 1x HDMI and 2x RS232/422/485.  Extended input voltage range of 10-30 VDC on a 2-pin terminal block. Includes 2x RJ45, 10/100/1000 Mbps IEEE 802.3u 1000Base-T Fast Ethernet and 2x full-sized mini PCI Express sockets.
